2. Personal Data We Process
When you submit the contact form on our website, we process the following data: your name and surname, phone number, e-mail address (if provided), the project you are interested in and the content of your message.
When you visit our website, standard server records (IP address, date and time of access, browser information) are also generated automatically for security and operational purposes.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your contact, viewing or appointment requests,
- Managing the sales process for our residential projects,
- Fulfilling our legal obligations and exercising our legitimate interests (e.g. site security, record keeping).
4. Legal Grounds
Your data is processed pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds of: the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), the legitimate interests of the data controller (Art. 5/2-f), and — where required — your explicit consent given via the consent box on the contact form.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your data is stored on the servers of the hosting provider we work with and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your communication is transmitted through the infrastructure of Meta Platforms, whose servers may be located abroad.
6. Retention Period
Contact requests are retained for as long as necessary for the purpose of the request and for the periods required by applicable legislation, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
7. Your Rights (Article 11 of the KVKK)
You have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about the processing; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction, deletion or destruction; object to results arising from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
